Clif Allen earned his degree in mechanical engineering from Lousiana Tech University in 1992. He later received his license to practice as a professional engineer in the State of Texas in 1999. Clif knows the mechanical contracting business well with experience in computer estimating along with managing specialty hospital plumbing and piping projects. Clif has additional experience ranging from testing and balancing systems to installing complex energy saving mechanical retrofit projects in large universities and state hospitals. Clif has owned and operated RLP Mechanical since 2003.

Blaine Parker learned the HVAC business hands-on in the field performing commercial and hospital HVAC installations. He completed the Tarrant County College air conditioning and refrigeration program and then acquired his State of Texas air conditioning and refrigeration license. He has 15 yrs experience estimating and managing ductwork and HVAC commercial installations.

David Brumley oversees all projects being built and is the face that most of our customers know. David is a Mechanical Engineer who spends the majority of his time on our larger mechanical projects but also helps review and select the proper mechanical equipment on all projects.
