RLP has on staff a Professional Engineer with 8 years experience as a plant operations manager in one of Texas' largest hospital systems.  This allows us to incorporate the requirements of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations with sound engineering practice as it pertains to an effective Preventative Maintenance Program.  We recently implemented an air handling unit PM Program at a hospital and structured the schedule and reporting process in a way that allowed the Engineering Department to utilize this as a Performance Indicator in their Utility Management Program.

At RLP Mechanical, we understand that Facility Managers may not have the need to outsource the PM function of their department in its entirety.  That  is why we offer several different options of Preventative Maintenance services.   RLP Mechanical is of the firm belief that the mission of a PM contractor is to assist the Facility Manager...not take over the operation.
