RLP Mechanical teams up with Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and Temtrol, the air handler manufacturer, to install this unit over a 4th of July weekend. RLP Mechanical demolished three separate air-handlers and replaced them with the one unit pictured to the right. All existing duct work and piping in the mechanical room below were creatively rerouted overhead by RLP Mechanical. This resulted in opening up the now demolished mechanical room into available space for future patient care treatment rooms.

 
This 50,000 cfm air-handler serves patient areas as well as 8 surgery rooms.  The customer had faith that we would have air conditioning back on line to surgery by 7 a.m. Tuesday morning. We started at 10 p.m. Friday night and were back on line at 1 p.m. Sunday, finishing over one day early and keeping a valuable customer satisfied.
